How do I report incorrect product information?

Use the "Report" button in the app after scanning a product, or email data@vectorshield.app with the product name, barcode, and correct information.

Can I request a new feature?

Absolutely! We love hearing from users. Email support@vectorshield.app with your feature request and we'll consider it for future updates.

I'm having trouble with the app. What should I do?

First, make sure you have the latest version installed. If the issue persists, email support@vectorshield.app with your device model, iOS version, and a description of the problem.

Do you offer refunds for Premium?

Refunds are handled through Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund.
